this is totally shit what is happening - so many things are changed from LN version, whole invasion was differently and better presented in LN,issue with Caier Dad was presented better, issue with fairy was totally different (captain did not die)- he never fought Demon god, peak rank 8 as he would be killed instantly as mid rank 5 ...

By far the absolute worse death scene I've seen. Did I want him to die? Oh absolutely but my guy couldn't you have been at least helpful before you went to the underworld. Like it's one thing to die but for his death not to have been gruesome or more painful I'm a tad annoyed. On the bright side the progress is picking up, that damn3d dead weight is gone and Haochen is going to level up.

in the book captain was good and honor knight, issue with fairy did not happen at all, gods did not invade ( there is pact that rank 9 do not take part in war as they would slaughter soldiers in hundreds with 1 attack, exception is if they want to challenge human rank 9.
fortress was not a pitstop but decent short training arc that explained whole war and a lot of abilities of demons and humans

most of facts are matching - some parts are made more fancy that they need to.
just some twist are so strange and i do not understand it - i read LN twice and it was following logic like for example mission with train in anime never happened that way - they ambushed demons Carawan ( carts pulled by demons ) so it was more logical and less fancy :D
same as transport to fort - they never used flying balloons with lasers on them lol - they used horse carts
1 episode they follow LN, 2nd they fucking turn all upside down :D
